Where the heart of my work beats
ABOUT (REFINED)
Where the heart of my work lives
At the heart of my work is a simple devotion:
to help women come home to themselves.
Not through more striving.
Not through fixing.
But through a return to the body — as intelligence, as truth, and as the place where real change happens.
I work with high-capacity women who know how to hold everything.
The ones who lead, give, carry, and achieve —
yet feel a quiet disconnection beneath it all.
A sense that there is another way to live inside their life:
Less force.
More feeling.
Less performance.
More presence.
My work sits at the intersection of:
somatic intelligence
nervous system regulation
breath, movement, and sound
subtle energy awareness
I create experiences — from 1:1 sessions to group immersions and facilitator trainings — that help people shift how they feel in their body, and therefore how they live.
With over two decades of experience across fitness, yoga, Pilates, breathwork, rehabilitation, and trauma-informed facilitation, this work is both deeply informed and experientially grounded.
But the real foundation of my work was shaped through my own lived experience.
There was a time when my body felt like something to control, outpace, or fix.
What began in the physical — through strength and movement — gradually opened into something deeper:
a relationship with the body as something to listen to, rather than override.
Over time, that relationship changed.
From control → to connection
From discipline → to devotion
Now, the work I offer brings both together:
The structural and the subtle
The biological and the energetic
The grounded and the intuitive
The body is no longer a project.
It’s the place where life is felt, processed, and integrated.
Delasol is an extension of that philosophy.
A space where:
ambition is supported by biology, not burnout
power is built through coherence, not force
presence becomes the foundation for how you live and lead
This work is not an escape.
It’s an entrance.
Into a more connected, regulated, and deeply embodied way of being.

At the heart of my work is a simple devotion:
to help women come home to themselves.
Not through more striving.
Not through fixing.
Not through the performance of having it all together.
But through a return to the body — as intelligence, as truth, as the place where power softens into something deeper and more sustaining.
I created this work for the woman who knows how to hold everything.
The one who leads, gives, carries, achieves — and yet quietly aches for a different way of being inside her own life.
Less force. More feeling.
Less performance. More presence.
My work lives in that meeting place:
where strength and softness coexist,
where science meets soul,
where structure gives way to surrender.
Through movement, breath, sound, nervous system regulation, and energetic work, I create spaces where the body can exhale. Recalibrate. Remember.
Not become someone else —
but return to the self that was never truly lost.
Over two decades, my path has moved through fitness, yoga, Pilates, breathwork, sound, trauma-informed facilitation, and rehabilitation. But the deepest foundation of this work was shaped more quietly — through my own passage from disconnection, perfectionism, and self-erasure into a more devotional relationship with my body and my life. (or Over two decades, my path has moved through fitness, yoga, Pilates, breathwork, sound, trauma-informed facilitation, and rehabilitation. Yet the deepest foundation of this work was shaped more quietly — through my own journey from estrangement to intimacy with the body.
There was a time when the body felt like something to control, outpace, or silence. A landscape of perfectionism. A site of discipline and denial.
What began in the physical — through movement, strength, and personal training — gradually opened into something far more expansive: the energetic anatomy, the subtle body, the unseen currents that live beneath muscle and bone.
Over time, the pendulum swung from control to devotion.
From relating to the body as an object, to meeting it as an instrument.
A threshold.
A love song.
Now, the work I offer holds the whole spectrum — the structural and the subtle, the biological and the energetic, the seen and the sensed.
The body remains central. But no longer as a project.
As the place of Soul full belonging (or The body became the place where the soul could finally sing itself into form.
A place of soul-full belonging.).
Where emotion becomes motion.
Where life itself moves through us as intelligence, rhythm, and return.)
Delasol is a place where ambition is supported by biology, not adrenaline.
Where feminine power is built through coherence, not force.
Where ritual meets precision.
Where the body is not a project, but a living altar.
This work is not an escape.
It is an entrance.
Into presence.
Into vitality.
Into a life that feels deeply, beautifully your own.
Grounded in over two decades of lived practice and formal training across movement, yoga, Pilates, breathwork, somatic facilitation, energy work, and rehabilitation, this work is both devotional and deeply informed.
